Smith & Wesson SW22® Victory™ "Shadow" Mount V2 Installation Instructions
At a glance:
- Mounts sight to the receiver, reducing the overall height
- Reversible for custom optic placement in both forward and rear mounting positions
- Unique sight mount design allows for use with many different optics
Mount a variety of popular optics and sights to your Smith & Wesson® SW22 Victory® with the completely redesigned Shadow Mount V2.0! The updated Shadow Mount design mounts many optics straight to the S&W® SW22 VICTORY® receiver so they’re closer to the bore axis - no need for a picatinny rail and clamp.
Whether you’re using a Vortex®, Trijicon®, Burris®, Holosun, C-More or other optic, the Shadow Mount V2.0 unique screw pattern will mount your sight to your S&W® SW22 VICTORY®. The mount is also reversible with most sights, allowing you to mount your sight closer to the front of your gun or closer to the back.
This mount comes with all necessary hardware, including screws, dowel pins, and gaskets. Please use the compatibility chart below to learn more about use with a variety of optics, as well as the hardware needed to mount each sight.

Shadow Mount V2.0 for Smith & Wesson® SW22 Victory
Nicely machined and anodized. Quick fit on my pistol and allowed me to mount the Osight SE optic.

Victory optic mount
Solid, low mount. Should come with written application chart for the various sight options.

Works for RMR and some others
I tried this with a Holosun 407k it worked if you don’t use the pins. It was fine with RMR bases with the pins. Alas I sold the gun. I actually preferred the picatinny rail mount in the end. But it was well made and would definitely work well for someone who wanted a lower mount to be more inline with the muzzle.

S&W Victory mount review
Pursuant to the Shadow Mount V2.0 for Smith & Wesson® SW22 Victory I purchased, I can say it fit perfectly and without any problems. I’m not an expert and my expertise is in SASS guns. These new fangled modern shooting irons are still in the learning process. What I can attest to about this mount is at the last Steel Challenge, several really good shooters commented, “that’s a nice mount” I respect them as I know of their ability and knowledge so I guess my review of this product is “it’s a nice mount”

Red dot mount
The shadow mount goes on easy and stays tight. Holds my Burris fast fire well on my victory.

Great Mount Option
I bought one of these to mount a Holosun 507COMP (uses RMR footprint) for on a S&W SW22 Victory. The mount is very secure and gives you the option of having two positions, one toward the rear and one forward over the ejection port. It was really nice having a mounting option that let you get much closer to the bore axis than the Pic rail option. Highly recommended add on for the Victory.

Shadow Mount v2 for SW Victory
The plate is good and does what it's supposed to, but in regards to the provided hardware - the screw that is provided for the c-more (the back screw specifically) was just a hair too long and dug into the slide of the Victory. This pushed the rear of the sight upward, while scratching the finish on the top of the slide. Luckily my buddy has a bench grinder and was able to remedy this, but they shouldn't have to be altered to work. My friend has the same Victory setup and said he also had to use the bench grinder to shave off some of the rear screw on his, so it wasn't an isolated incident.
