Must do upgrade
This is another must do upgrade for any gun. Saves time messing with the spring and it doesn't go flying when you remove the slide.

Sentinel captured spring guide rod
My 22 victory model didn t want to feed properly and this was the fix I needed. The design is better than the stock components and also has a stiffer spring which was what I needed.

I don't know whether the spring is any better than the factory spring as far as performance. I do know for certain that it's vastly supierio to the factory part, as to ease of use.

Making EVERYTHING better
Finally go my S&W Victory and the very first time I disassembled it I popped out the guide rod and spring and it landed in another dimension never to be found. Took a chance and ordered the TK captured spring guide rod and it arrived FAST. Got it installed and the Victory functions flawlessly. So impressed with the product and service its become my first stop for anything to trick out my Victory or my TX22 Comp. Love this company and its products

Love this captured spring I had to regularly chase my original when I would break it down now it's no longer a concern

the captured guide rod does help out and it is worth it to help in cleaning .

nice addition
The new spring guide is nice so you do not spend time looking for the spring when it shoots out. It also is a bit stiffer so it is a little harder to get in but I think that helps with ejection. I have shot about 500 rounds with it and had no problems. Works good and is nicely made.
