Ruger® MK Series Holster by Black Dog Machine - Low Ride

Holster works fine.22/45 lite with red dot and comp. fit perfect. Holster is low enough so my big Gregory exp. pack waist belt rides nicely and does not hinder drawing firearm.

The holster works great! It is well made and the fit and finish are great. I have a 22/45 and MarkII and the holster works for both.I shot a 3 gun match with my 22/45 and it was very fast and worked perfect. Any one shooting a Ruger MK series CAN NOT do better than this holster. ( Buy the way I won the match)

The Ruger MK series scoped holster fit my Ruger 22/45 lite with a rail and reflex sight perfectly. I also have a compensator on the barrel and it still fit like a glove. This is a perfect fit for anyone needing a holster for a Ruger 22/45 lite, with or without a rail.

Great holster for a great pistol. If you run your pistol with a scope then this is a great holster for you. Fast and easy draws and re-holstering of your firearm. Even lets you carry suppressed.

Trying to find a holster for a scoped Ruger at a decent price is not easy, but Tandemkross has done it. A friend told me about this company for my wife's 22/44, their part are top quality you will not be unhappy and the service both by email and by phone were outstanding.

Just received it and the quality is first rate. The fit is perfect (after adjusting the tension screws) and having a Burris FastFire mounted on my SS BullBarrel MKIII. This IS THEE HOLSTER I've been searching for!! And the price is right! Thanks TK for another great product.

By far the best (and just about only) holster that I have been able to find for my Ruger 22/45 MKIII. Mine has all of the other Tandemkross goodies (compensator, mag bushing, +1 mag; but still want the slingshot!). The fit is perfect and leaves the pistol at a very comfortable height for removal and insertion to the holster. I'm using this gun mainly as a snake gun when hunting the woods of NC and this holster does not interfere with my movement or other items I have on me while walking, stalking, or sitting in the woods. The picatinny rails on the pistol are not affected by this holster. My large red dot sight fits fine. However, I do not have anything on my lower rail; I would be surprised if anything at all on the bottom rail would fit in the holster... The adjustable retention takes a little bit to adjust, but in less than an hour, I had it dialed in just right. For the first time out in the woods with it, I took a screw driver to adjust the tension just in case the weather affected the bushings; not needed as an afterthought. I have not run drills at the range with this holster; but based on the overall feel; I am glad I went with the low rise over the high rise for my stance and draw. Seems extremely durable and has a simple design (which I like; less to go wrong). Tandemkross has brought another great product to the market with this Black Dog Holster. This holster works just as described in the the ad and video. My particular gun is the Ruger MK III Target w/bull barrel and Bushnell Trophy TRS-25 red dot sight. After the initial adjustment, the gun is held secure and it's easy to draw and replace. I did have one issue. I had installed a Volquartsen trigger kit and included with it was an extended bolt release lever. This extended lever made contact with the holster and prevented the gun from going into the holster completely, so I had to remove it reinstall the standard bolt release lever. Other than that, this holster works just as described and I'm very happy with it.
