Ruger® MKIV™ Magazine Bumper Instructions
At a glance:
- Oversized bumper improves consistency of positive magazine seating
- Lateral grip pulls make pulling from magazine well easy
- Zytel® based bumpers offer the ultimate strength and durability
*Includes two base pads per order.*
The Ruger® MKIV™ has quickly become a favorite rimfire pistol among competitive shooters, but the flush surface on the magazine base pads can be challenging for competitors, making it harder to consistently seat the magazine properly and causing unnecessary delays.
The TANDEMKROSS MarkPRO Extended Magazine Bumpers for Ruger® Mark IV™ offers an oversized, textured Zytel® grip, allowing the user to easily bump the magazine into place for positive, consistent magazine seatings. Should the magazine get stuck, raised sides on the extended base pad allow for easy pulling from the magazine well for faster magazine changes.
These drop-in MKIV™ accessories attach to the bottom of the factory magazine without any glue or gunsmithing - installing in minutes! This simple Mark IV™ upgrade is ideal for competitive speed shooters or any Ruger® MKIV™ owner looking to improve the firearm’s reliability.

Must have for the Mark IV
I purchased two sets for my Ruger Mark IV Target and they instantly made a huge difference in inserting and removing the magazines. No more partially-seated mags! Watched the quick video and installation was a breeze, and they even fit fine in the extra magazine pouch on my holster! Great work TK!!

Perfect Compliment to Magazines
The Ruger Mark IV has many superior upgrades from its predecessors. That being said, there are some reoccurring complications. Pinching your hands and rubbing them raw remain ongoing issues with this otherwise masterful update. There are two items that you can buy today to alleviate this issue. One is the "Halo" charging ring, and the other is these basepads. It adds the perfect amount of length on the bottom to insert mags without pinching and gets a positive lock every time. If you are plinking or competing, you owe it to yourself to upgrade your magazines with these bumpers.

MarkPro Mag Bumpers
Installed them and loved them. I had bought the bottoms to convert some Mrk III into Mrk IV, wasted my money. Should have gone with these instead. Great and work extremely well with the laminated wood grips.

"MarkPRO" Magazine Bumpers
Perfect for converting some 22/45 magazines to MKIV's. Only required a bumper pad change. No fitting needed.

They are really neat. Help more quickly to put it in and release, too.

Mag Bumbers for Ruger Mrk 4
Great idea: I found the mags fit too flush for me to pull them out when there's a jam or stovepipe. With the finger pulls in these bumpers it just allows me to squeeze and yank them out (no need to use my nails to pull them out). I recommend them!

MarkPRO magazine bumpers
This item is great, my old fingers just don't work like they used to. I have ordered them in the past and now have them installed on 12 magazines. Easy install even with my hands, just make sure you keep the spring depressed.

Magazine Bumpers
A bit of arthritis in my fingers has reduced my dexterity in handling smaller objects, and the larger bumpers have help significantly. Installation was quick and simple. A nice product.
