I purchased the Halo with the hopes of operating the bolt/slide much easier, as I have arthritis in my hands. It works perfectly and has no ill effects in the operation of the gun at all. Installs/removes easily; I would certainly recommend to anyone who has problems operating the bolt on an uncocked Buckmark.

Works great except as I fired it the ring would walk up the back of the slide tried tighten it to the point I didn't want to strip the threads. Gave up and drilled and tapped a set screw in the center on each side of the unit then noched the slide for the screw's it no longer moves in competition

Excellent addition to my Browsing Buckmark, spends for sure but it makes racking the slide an easier task and it looks nice too. I bought another for my Ruger 22/45 after using this one for a while, was the only way to go. Definitely recommend the Halo charging Ring to anyone who may be needing to spare a little wear and tear on the fingers.
