    I shoot SCSA and moving divisions this year to RFPO, chose the S&W Victory as my platform, knowing the stock gun needed some mods my first was the halo charging handle, was very impressed with the fit and workmanship of the halo, easy installation and looks great on the gun... highly recommended the halo charging ring
