The product includes a flat washer in addition to an o-ring. For firearm models that utilize a thread adapter (ie: TX22, P22, SR22) or models with a thin-profile barrel, TANDEMKROSS recommends installing the flat washer, o-ring, and then compensator in that order. For fixed-barrel firearms with a barrel diameter greater than .800", the flat washer is typically not needed.

Really like the Game Changer
I tried to research the best I could before buying a compensator for my Mk III 22/45 and was able to find three different "test" videos where they tested 3 or 4 compensators in this class and in every case the Game Changer was judged the best. It is also priced very competitively and is made and sold by a great company, Tandemkross, who has the best customer service that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Cool!
Like that this comp is made specifically for the 22/45. It does reduce the flip....as much as a .22 flips. But it does look second-kind-a-cool!

Installed on Remington 597 AAC-SD
Installed this compensator on my Remington 597 AAC-SD (threaded barrel model) and it fit perfectly. Very easy to install, the black matches the barrel pretty well and looks great on the rifle. Good quality, fast shipping.

22/45 Game Changer
I don't think one of these is necessary for a 22 but the COOL factor is way up there. It is of very good quality and it was on sale. The best deal in town for a compensator. JT

Noticible difference
Somehow or other I misplaced the compensator that I purchased from a well known company a year or so ago. I saw this one and decided to give it a try. I can tell a definite improvement over the compensator I had before. Happily surprised.

I looked at many compensators for my threaded barrel 22/45 and wasn't really happy with any of them until I found TK. This "Game Changer" compensator is just great. The engineering and machining are superior to anything else I have found. Installation was stupid simple, and it actually affected perceived muzzle flip. I am so glad I found TK. I have ordered several items from them and will be ordering more soon.

Competitive Shooter
Typically a compensator is not required on a .22 pistol but when shooting speed steel this product does reduce muzzle flip and improves dot on target transition & improves point of aim transition. I will be running approximately 15,000 rounds through this in 2014. Installation is a breeze, indexing was perfect Excellent product especially for the .22 compensator skeptics.
