The product includes a flat washer in addition to an o-ring. For firearm models that utilize a thread adapter (ie: TX22, P22, SR22) or models with a thin-profile barrel, TANDEMKROSS recommends installing the flat washer, o-ring, and then compensator in that order. For fixed-barrel firearms with a barrel diameter greater than .800", the flat washer is typically not needed.

TK Compensator
First time I ever used a compensator on any of my pistols. I was presently surprised on how effective it is reducing the muzzle flip on my SW22 Victory. Excellent price compared to comparable products.

beautifully made. added weight and gas redirection helps keep my mark iv 22/45 even flatter while firing. construction is flawless and quality, includes o ring for perfect timing.

This is a 'Must Have' accessory
I just got my Mark IV 22/45 Lite and immediately updated to the TK Charging Ring, the Game Changer Compensator and some extra mags. Extremely high quality and very nice additions to this gun.

Very well made-- looks great!
I put one of these compensators on mt Ruger Mark III 22/45 and it looks really cool. I think it is a better design than some other compensators made for this pistol. It seems to work well, but the .22 round does not cause much muzzle kick anyway. I suppose every little bit helps. The only issue for me is that it is not all that easy to clean. It takes almost as long to really clean the compensator as it does to clean the rest of the pistol.

I use this on my Ruger 22/45 MK III Lite, I shot without the compensator and with the compensator, I think that my scores are higher with the compensator. I agree that the compensator does not align properly when you screw it down tight on the barrel, but it does not seem to move while shooting. I own two compensators one for each of my 22/45 Lite pistols.

After a shipping problem (completely my fault) I contacted by phone Tandemkross and they went out of their way to fix the problem. The product is of the upmost quality. Looks great on my Ruger Charger. Function is top notch. I dare you to find a better compensator at any price. Only $35 and worth much more.

Great price point and quality machining. Slightly minimizes muzzle rise and allows quick follow up shots on center. I would definitely recommend this for any Mark IV Lite owner.

Retired Old Fart
Fortunately, I live near an old time hardware store that carries virtually every size rubber, fiber,brass,and steel washer ever made. Finally got the thing to fit and line up OK. I do not recommend filing to fit unless you are a master filer. I fit mine to a S&W Victory and think I would prefer one in stainles
