The product includes a flat washer in addition to an o-ring. For firearm models that utilize a thread adapter (ie: TX22, P22, SR22) or models with a thin-profile barrel, TANDEMKROSS recommends installing the flat washer, o-ring, and then compensator in that order. For fixed-barrel firearms with a barrel diameter greater than .800", the flat washer is typically not needed.

Final add-on to $1k 10/22
This comp took the last little bit of barrel movement out of my heavily modded rifle. It looks good on the slightly smaller diameter Kidd ultralight barrel. Indexing with the included o-ring was easy, and hasn't moved in 1k rounds. Well worth the money.

This "Game Changer" compensator is fantastic! It did exactly what I'd hoped it would for my project/fun gun (Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Tactical) which was to improve the appearance and function! Does what was promised
I like it a great deal in that it noticeably reduces muzzle flip on the S&W Victory. I'm still working on the formula of lubrication and/or ammo that will keep leading minimized, but that's a fairly minor issue.
