The product includes a flat washer in addition to an o-ring. For firearm models that utilize a thread adapter (ie: TX22, P22, SR22) or models with a thin-profile barrel, TANDEMKROSS recommends installing the flat washer, o-ring, and then compensator in that order. For fixed-barrel firearms with a barrel diameter greater than .800", the flat washer is typically not needed.

Game Changer Compensator
The compensator is very well made and simple to install. It works well to keep the pistol on target and it gives the pistol that special look I was trying to achieve. It does not add any identifiable weighty to the pistol. This was the perfect item to add in building my custom gun.

This is a really nice accessory, fits perfectly on my Mark IV 22/45 Lite. Appears like a natural extension of the barrel, giving the gun a nice cosmetic improvement. I haven't have a chance to try it out yet as compensators are illegal in NJ, and I'll have to wait until I bring it somewhere it's legal to use it. But I expect it will work quite well.

Well crafted, does what it is supposed to do. Might require a dab of loctite as it is difficult to tighten to exactly the same point as perfect alignment

It does help very slightly with barrel rise when shooting rapidly. It's very light weight. I think that it looks cool too. That being said, it's a little challenging to clean. I'd give it 5 stars if I could figure out an easier way to clean it without potentially damaging its' finish. On a different note which is insignificant, the report is a few decibels louder.
