The TANDEMKROSS "Eagle's Talon" Extractor for Smith & Wesson® M&P® 15-22 is a much-needed reliability upgrade that replaces the factory-provided M&P® 15-22 extractor. The factory extractor often can’t maintain a secure enough hold on the spent casing as the rifle is cycling, causing stove-pipes and failures-to-eject malfunctions. TANDEMKROSS "Eagle's Talon" Extractor is CNC-machined with a positive hook that will grab and secure each round until it needs to be ejected.

Must-have upgrade!
I've had the same experience as others with the Eagle's Talon extractor and plunger/spring upgrade. Quite simply, it solved the annoying FTE problem I was experiencing with the M&P 15-22 stock extractor since my very first range visits. In combination with the Fire Starter firing pin, these are must-have, affordable, easy to install upgrades that take a sweet rimfire AR-trainer / tatic-kewl plinker to the next level of reliability. Saved my weapon
I love the new weapon that I acquired the M&P 15-22 but unfortunately right out of the box it had extractor problems. Until the extractor finally completely broke, so I did some research and found that this is quite common with the weapon. Smith & Wesson was going to fix everything for free but who knows how long it would have taken to get fixed. So I found this extractor, ordered it along with the spring. I got it very quickly, just a few days then proceeded to fix it myself in about 5 minutes. Now the weapon is running even better than it was before.

Extractor
Recently ordered two (2) Eagle Talon extractors from TANDEMKROSS for new S&W Victory 22 & S&W M&P 15-22 guns. Product came in less than a week. I am not very good at gunsmithing but within minutes I had both installed & was off to my range to test fire...they WORKED!!! Cost is nominal & plan to replace in my other two (2) 15-22 rifles immediately. This company has great service staff to work w/. Called several times & always very helpful!! Highly recommend doing business w/ TANDEMKROSS whenever possible.

Tandemkross extractor
My M&P AR15-22 had a failure to extract about every 7 to 10 shots. Sometime more often. I purchased the Tandemkross eagle talon extractor After seeing a video on YouTube. It arrived quickly and only took a few minutes to install. My rifle ran flawlessly after installing the eagle talon. After 200 plus rounds, I have not had one failure to extract! The best after market part I have ever purchased

PERFECT--NO MORE JAMMING
My brand new Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22 jammed almost every shot. I installed the Eagle's Talon" Extractor and now 0 jams. I am a novice shooter and the installation was very easy. Great product, Great Company, and Great Service!

Eagle's Talon Extractor
A simple and inexpensive fix! Wow, what a difference. Even with scrupulous cleaning, and using only recommended ammo, this rifle was very unreliable. It will now shoot numerous different brands and velocities with complete reliability.

With Tandemcros's new extractor and firing pin I placed 5th overall for the entire match. I would have taken first if didn't have a problem with a factory mag.
