    Bullseye

Prior to purchasing the thumb rest, I started to notice that I would activate the guns safety accidentally during firing. I was looking for different options and I found this ledge. I ve been happy with all of my previous Tandemkross purchases so I figured why not. Best idea I ve had in a while! Not only does the ledge help me keep the safety off while shooting, but I ve also found that my groups have tightened ever so slightly. I ve already recommended it to my friends and I suspect they ll be adding it to their Victories before next season.

    Cornerstone Safety Ledge

Bill is a rock star. Great installation instruction video. Simple and exceptionally helpful product for my Smith and Wesson PC Victory .22. During my first round of shooting with the Victory I had already experienced unintentionally re-setting the safety lever. The Cornerstone Thumb rest completely eliminates that issue and is very comfortable as a thumb rest. Good job Tandemkross.

    Cornerstone Safety Thumb Ledge

This was purchased for my wife's S@W Victory. Like most people, she was having trouble accidently setting the safety while shooting. She likes it. Perhaps a little pricy but we feel it is worth it.

    A little tricky

Posted by John Calero on 7th Apr 2021

So the subject is not about the product but the install, keep reading please. The product is a great enhancement to the SW Victory, the ease of use makes it, to me, a necessary addition. Why tricky? If you tighten too much, at least in my experience, it messes with the bolt return making it stick. I did find the best tension for it and it is a beauty to use! Keep them coming TK!

    Nice Product

Nice little addition to my Victory. The Cornerstone fits my grip just fine and solves the problem of the safety being set by accident. The installation video was easy to follow and the installation was not difficult. So the product is great. As for the installation video, I'd add that the gun used in the video had the mag safety disabled. I tried to test the trigger as shown in the video and it would not fire. I thought I had messed something up until I realized I needed to insert a mag. In addition, the hammer strut came off my hammer when I removed it, and I had another short panic as now had an extra part on the table I did not know what to do with. I figured it out, but the video might mention keeping the hammer and strut together when you remove it.

    Necessary upgrade

Posted by Mike on 24th Oct 2020

I simply cannot fathom why S&W designed the safety as they did. If you've ever accidentally pushed the safety back up while firing (and I imagine every single person ever to hold a Victory has) then this is for you. It requires about 5% extra brainpower to adjust your grip to go over the top of this safety but after a session or two, it will become second nature. Easy install and as always, TK has the install videos on the product page. Something every company should do.

    Thumb Ledge Safety

Works great. I have big hands and this not only gives me a place to rest my thumb but keeps me from accidentally engaging the safety.

    Cornerstone Safety

I'm not a "speed" shooter with my Victory, so bumping the safety while shooting is not a deal breaker for me, but it is annoying. I wasn't sure about this safety ledge as I don't "ride the safety" with any of my other pistols. I LOVE THIS ACCESSORY!!!!! This is the only pistol where I "ride" but it has really transformed the consistency of this pistol. I don't worry the safety activating by accident after a shot. I use this ledge in conjunction with the Volquartsen laminated grips. I will rest my right thumb on the cornerstone and use the thumb ledge on the grip for my left thumb. The configuration is great and it is an upgrade I would recommend to anyone that finds the safety annoying.
