Outstanding Item
I added this item to my Ruger 22/45 LITE. Such a great upgrade to the OEM thumb safety. Ruger SHOULD have used this as their stock safety. It was a bit of a bear to install however. It installs like the instructions show, but the internals move out of place just enough to stop you from pushing the new safety through easily. However, with a few colorful metaphors, I finally got it all to line up and installed. I love this item, and the company’s customer service is grrrrreat!!!!!

Watch the installation videos before attempting this super upgrade. This is a very well thought out ergonomic Engineering Design. The red color really accentuates my black Tactical 22/45 MKIV.

Looks Nice
I got this to add some color to my red and black MK4. I shoot steel matches that require a reload and honestly this gets in the way. My thumb pushes the "Cornerstone" up a little when I release the slide and puts it on safe before my follow up shots. It looks great but and would work for target/plinking but not competition.

Great Upgrade
Great upgrade to the undersized stock safety switch on the Ruger. Very easy to install and feels great when gripping the pistol. Comfortable ledge for your thumb. Easy to switch on and off (safety)
