Good Could be better.
Great replacement if the factory safety switch got destroyed while trying to remove the ambi safety ,due to a stripped screw, only complaints is the edges are a little to fine ,imagine your thumb is a little kids head running into the corner of a table, my thumb has a little skin missing now from cycling the safety trying to get the ambi safety washer to the perfect tightness , is the washer supposed to be able to spin is it supposed to be tight but not to tight , like what does that mean, all I know is it’s great for what it is , ,

Safert
Super comfortable compared to stock safety. I have large hands and stock safety was annoying to me. Another great upgrade from TK!

Good Product
I bought this for my daughter's competition .22. It took awhile to install it because I could not get the screw out of the old safety and had to order a new screw from Ruger. Ruger sent one within a few days. While installing it, I was one of the people who ended up having to reinstall the hammer and sear. On the video, it was somewhat unclear how to reinstall the hammer system. Another video I watched recommended putting the magazine in instead of an allen wrench to hold tension on the sear (magazine safety). That worked for me. I will be taking it to the range today to see how well it works, but it seems like a solid product.

Excellent especially when combined with the 'hive' grips
I shot my Ruger stock, except for the sights, for a month or so and kept switching the safety on by accident. However, I also disliked the stock grips and decided to upgrade to the hive grips. With the hive grips, I didn't turn on the safety but the knuckle of my thumb rubbed uncomfortably against the safety. So I got the thumb ledge rest and am very glad I did. The grip I have on the gun now couldn't be better. It's too bad Ruger didn't design the gun with good grips and an appropriately placed safety, but Tandemkross always manages to turn good guns into great guns. FWIW, I also upgraded the trigger. I believe it's cheaper to buy the grips, the thumb rest and the trigger all together than to do so separately. I'm fairly confident once you upgrade one thing you'll want to upgrade all three.
