When you refer a friend who makes a qualifying purchase of $150 or more, you will receive $25 off your next order of $150 or more. It's our way of saying thank you for spreading the word about TANDEMKROSS.

Referee Discount:

Your friend (the referee) will also benefit from your referral. They will receive a $25 discount on their first purchase of $150 or more, making it a win-win for everyone involved!

Eligibility Requirements:

To participate in our Refer-a-Friend program, both you (the referrer) and your friend (the referee) must meet the following criteria:

• Residency: Both participants must be residents of the United States.
• Currency: All transactions must be made in USD.
• New Orders Only: This program applies exclusively to new orders placed after the launch of the program. Previous orders are not eligible for the referral rewards.

Important Conditions:

• Exclusions: Please note that the $25 reward and discount exclude shipping fees.
• Non-recoverable: Once issued, rewards and discounts cannot be recovered or reissued by customer service if lost or misplaced.
• Redemption and Usage: You will receive your referral reward via email within 7 business days after your friend completes their first purchase. Your friend will receive their discount code at the time of the referral. Both the reward and discount can be used on any product available in our store but cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
