Magazine Vise Block for .22lr Platforms

Who thinks of great things like this? After owning a Mark III Hunter for eight years I decided it was time to take it down and learn how to do things, or get rid of it. The magazine disconnect feature on the gun drove me crazy, and didn't help improve my confidence in disassembly for cleaning so I disassembled it. I checked Tk for parts that were simple to install to eliminate this link and I bought the hammer bushing and the next easiest thing to change, the "loaded chamber indicator" blank in S/S. The fit on both were perfect, the results of their installation was perfect. I wanted to polish the S/S gun so the mag vise was a must, it held the gun loosely in whatever position I needed the gun in to do the polishing, and was a tremendous help. a third hand. I polished the LCI blank to a high shine to match the pistol and it blended in so well that it's hardly noticeable! Installing the hammer bushing using their video was a piece of cake and I love everything I did to the gun! Now that I read about the firing pin and ejector I'll order those to put in my bolt to give me even smoother operation and reliability, and stop the seldom, but aggravating FTF or FTE!

Great little device to make my life easier. I really need a third hand sometimes and this does the trick.

A great little tool and perfect for working on my Ruger 22/45. I use it with my 4lb table top vise and it holds the pistol very securely.

The only thing that would make it better would be to make snap into the mag release to secure it better.

I haven't used this, but have made sure it works on my pistol. Will make cleaning, etc much easier! TK has some nice items that I have been looking for!

This made upgrading my Mk IV so much easier than if I hadn't had it. The gun does wobble a little while mounted on the block, but it is not excessive and not that noticeable.

A little loose for the PMR/CM platforms but good for the Ruger.
