When shooting round steel targets it is advantageous to have a round rear sight. The circular plate fills the arc of the sight to make for easy target acquisition.

This easy to use upgrade allows the shooter to intuitively center the front sight in the aperture, resulting in clear and faster front sight focus.

*This will accommodate the WFS Rear Sight with the U-shaped fiber optic:
*NOTE* This part works by backing out the windage adjustment screw, removing the rear fiber optic and replacing the piece with the “EagleEye” Peep Sight.
This part will only accommodate Williams Fire Sights with a removable elevation control and U-shaped rear fiber optic.

Eagle eye peep site
This is the second one that I've purchased, I have one on my 10" stainless barrel for my mark iv and this one is for my 4.5" threaded barrel for my mark iv and I'll be getting another when I find a 6" ish competition barrel that I like. This works great with the fiber optic front site. I would most definitely tell anyone to purchase this great product

"Eagle Eye" Rear Peep Sight
Not as precise as the fire sights but with practice allows for much quicker target acquisition with decent grouping.

Natural to use and easy to use
With the video available on Tandemkross it is seriously simple to install this peep sight. My use is limited but I used them in a steel change match and they worked flawlessly. Easier to align the sights and naturally snap into position. Does need a bit of adjustments so I d suggest not following my lead and testing the sights during a match but they worked insanely well. Well built too very solid

Target acquisition with this sight is much better than the original sight. Paired with the fiber optic front sight, this thing looks great.

This sight fit perfect on my Ruger Mk IV.

Improved accuracy
Great addition to the gun. It was very easy to install and adjust. We noticed the difference right away on how easier it is to align it with the front sight. It saved a whole second per round during competition. The accuracy was definitely noted.

Peep sight
Easy peasy lemon squeezy to install. Only issue for me, the ring is still dark. It would be better if it were painted, or something. It's hard to pick out the center, in low light conditions. Even with my fiber optic front sight. But then, I'm old, so my eyesight may be a factor.

Eagle Eye is right
I very much prefer the sight acquisition with a round rear sight. Instal couldn't have been much easier.

good so far its gonna take time to get used the sight picture but i like for rapid fire shooting ie steel challenge.
