ChamberMade Chamber Ironing Swage Gunsmith Tool Usage Instructions

At a glance:

  • For the repair of .22LR, .22short, and .22long chambers
  • Eliminates common cause of failures to feed and extract
  • Corrosion resistant and heat treated for long lasting durability

We have all done it! Dry firing the pistol seems harmless enough, but did you know that dry firing some rimfire firearms can create a small burr which can grow and deepen over time? This can lead to feeding and reliability issues! Now, thanks to the new TANDEMKROSS ChamberMade Ironing Swage, you can repair chamber face damage caused by dry firing.

The new, handy ChamberMade Ironing Swage can be operated with a ¼" hex drive screwdriver from the chamber side or with a cleaning rod inserted from the muzzle. Purchase your ChamberMade today and bring your chamber face back to factory new condition!

Don't forget, all TANDEMKROSS products are Made in the USA and come with a LIFETIME guarantee!

    Every rimfire shooter needs one

Dry firing a rimfire happens. A couple of turns of this tool cleans up the chamber and breech face. It works with both handguns and rifles. I used a 12-inch socket extension with a 1/4 socket to make it easy to reach into the chamber. It's well-made and produces great results.

I thought I had an extractor issue but one turn of this and the problem solved. A must have for your .22 toolbox.

    Swaging Tool

I guess Smith really means it when they say not to dryfire the SW22 Victory. (As opposed to the Volquartsen Black Mamba where it's fine to dry fire). This tool saved my gun from being relegated to the back of the closet. Easy to use. Excellent results.
